In an attempt to ensure the activity of members, there are going to be some new changes made to the rules of the clan.  This has been posted on teamspeak as well.

1. All members must have a forum account.

2. All members must try to log on to the forums at least once a week.  Members must post at least twice a month to confirm activity.

3. Any member found to be inactive for at least 1 month will be kicked from the clan unless they have been given administrative leave or told another active member.

4. If you have an issue with any clan members, take it up with me; I will see that it is swiftly resolved.

5. When you are in-game, work together as a team.

6. Double clanning is permitted.  HOWEVER, the said double clanner must appear on forums at least TWICE a week and spend time on the clan's teamspeak at least once a week.  Members who double clan are usually not allowed to gain administrative powers, and only then if they have shown themselves as exceptionally trustworthy individuals who are loyal to the clan.

7. If/When we set practice dates, members are required to attend at least 1 practice per month.  It is strongly encouraged that they attend more than one however.

This is still a work in progress.  Keep looking at this post to see if there are any new changes or addendums.

If you see other members, please inform them of this post.

To clarify on the 'double/multi clanning' clause, that's one clan per game correct?

It might be a bit much but maybe you should add, post something like once a month or something.
Being on the forums is good but it doesn't really do much. Contributing and helping out through posting is a definite way to help keep activity.

Constant activity is good because it makes visitors see that we are active and it will grab more attention. Plus we're going to start doing a sort of news feed kind of thing here to keep everyone up to date.

Well, if this "double clanning" brings me into effect, should be shut down. I'm only in this clan/guild. So, yeah. Honestly, double clanning is fine, as long as the person isn't a part of 30 Gaming Clans for 30 different games that have the same rule as us.

To clarify, a member may be in as many clans as they want (admins, not so much [required commitment]).  HOWEVER, the member must maintain solid/high levels of activity in THIS clan and come to practices instead of doing activities with other clans if asked.

Members not found to maintain this will face possible ejection.
